About Drew Shealy
Drew Shealy first fell in love with video production in high school, helping establish his school’s student-run sports broadcasting group. A graduate of Clemson University, Shealy continued his passion by joining Clemson’s Sports Video group and interning in the summers with his local MiLB affiliate, the Columbia Fireflies.
On the side, Shealy also started to work as a freelance graphics operator at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, becoming one of the first in the sports industry to experience the groundbreaking XPression Tessera software in its high-profile launch. After graduation in 2018, Shealy immediately shifted into a full-time role with Mercedes-Benz Stadium to manage the day-to-day operation of Tessera and the Halo display at the stadium.
In 2020, Shealy left Mercedes-Benz Stadium to help launch and lead graphics creation at the newly built SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, as Senior XPression Designer & Programmer. After a few years in Los Angeles, Shealy joined Ross Video in 2023 where he uses his extensive gameday knowledge of Ross Graphics & Control to help clients establish optimal workflows to execute top tier productions. To stay on top of his game, Shealy still plays a leading role in the in-venue graphics project management of some of the largest sporting events in the world, including the Super Bowl and NFL Draft.
