About Oli Thompson
Oli Thompson is in his 5th year of working in college athletics, joining UAB in June 2024. His previous stops include video coordinator at Southern Illinois University and as a GA with Ball State Sports Link.
Before moving to the US from England, Thompson also worked for 3 years as a video producer for professional Soccer Club Cardiff City, gaining experience in the Premier League and Championship, respectively.
Thompson’s current role at UAB involves planning and executing content across all sports, building and overseeing a creative intern team alongside his assistant manager.
