About Paul Devlin
Paul Devlin is a leader in sports for AWS and has over 20 years of experience at almost every layer of the sports industry. Devlin spent 10 years as a professional rugby player across Europe before pivoting into high performance coaching where he managed staff in the sports science, sports medicine, sports technology, medical, and strength and conditioning departments. He has consulted to many global sports technology companies across the last 15 years, and also has extensive executive coaching experience.
Devlin has an MSc in strength and conditioning science, an MBA from AGSM in Sydney, and an LLM in International Sports Law in Practice from Sheffield University in the UK.
What are 3 things you’re passionate about?: I am passionate about 1/sports and telling stories of elite athlete excellence, 2/Coaching others to achieve what they thought impossible, 3/female sport being different to mens sport
