NEW YORK,  – The First Annual League Technology Summit, featuring an unprecedented line-up of senior production and operations executives from the sports leagues and their broadcast partners, has been announced by the Sports Video Group (SVG) for December 12, 2006 at the New York Hilton Hotel in midtown New York City.

This executive interface and networking event will feature exclusive NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR and PGA interactive, roundtable discussions on strategies for profitable implementation of high-definition TV, mobile devices and broadband. Conveniently planned to accommodate the busy schedules of the industry’s leading names, each session will be devoted to a critical technology initiative that league and broadcast executives believe will lead to dynamic improvements in programming and profits.
