The Savannah Bananas have gone from summer-league curiosity to sold-out country-wide world tour, YouTube sensation, and national TV property. In this case study, Fan First Entertainment and Zixi walk through how dual control rooms in Savannah, a roaming “Banana Van,” and an IP-first workflow powered by the Zixi Platform and ZEN Master let them produce and distribute Banana Ball to a variety of outlets and partners — despite changing venues, network conditions, and back-to-back show days.
