About Lori Bistis
Lori Bistis is a Partner in PwC’s Deals practice, leading the operational side of Media Deals for the Firm and serves as a co-leader in the Sports Practice. She has 25 years of technology and consulting experience specializing in post deal integration, transition services agreements, divestitures, project management, process definition and business analysis. Prior to joining PwC, Bistis spent eight years in the media industry at a leading sports broadcaster. Within this company she internally led multiple integration efforts, managed extensive vendor partnerships, coordinated complex media technology development efforts, and led the Emerging Technology organization through iterations of change. She lives and breathes sports, media and deals – and is a proud member of Bills Mafia.
