About Michael Lally
Michael Lally is a senior solutions architect at AWS, working with professional sports leagues, teams, and data providers to help them adopt and optimize cloud technologies. Lally’s career has spanned a number of industries and technologies. As a government contractor he designed and installed shipboard networks, managed satellite networks in Iraq, supported video platforms in Afghanistan, and managed the network for DoD super computers. At Cisco Systems he helped to architect and implement data center solutions for major broadcasters that included storage and IP-based network fabrics for media workloads. As part of the AWS Sports team, he is able to bring that diverse experience to bear, building alongside his customers to address a multitude of technical challenges.
