About Sean McCluskey
Sean McCluskey is a senior broadcast engineering and production leader with over a decade of experience designing, building, and operating live sports and entertainment workflows at scale. In his current role as Head of Engineering at Fans First Entertainment, he leads the strategy and execution of broadcast, remote-production, and content infrastructure supporting nationally distributed live events and high-volume productions. His background includes leading large technical teams, architecting control rooms and mobile workflows, implementing cloud and shared-storage ecosystems, and modernizing replay, audio, graphics, and communications systems across multiple simultaneous productions. Known for bridging engineering, production, and creative teams, McCluskey brings a practical, forward-thinking perspective on scalable live production, technology strategy, and operational efficiency grounded in hands-on experience and executive-level leadership.
