About Sylwia Decowski
Sylwia Decowski is the director of technology for the Gotham Sports App, a joint venture between MSG Networks and the YES Network, where she oversees engineering, platform reliability, live streaming architecture, video playback quality, multi-vendor integrations, and the overall technical strategy behind Gotham’s live sports experience.
She has more than 15 years of experience across sports and media, including leadership roles at WWE, where she managed engineering teams and drove large-scale content delivery, media workflow initiatives, and major platform launches.
Decowski’s career spans software engineering, cloud architecture, multi-protocol streaming design, live-event performance improvements, and the end-to-end systems that power high-quality streaming at scale. She holds a degree in Computer Science and has built her career around bridging deep technical expertise with real-world operational excellence.
