About Andrew Lazarow
Andrew Lazarow is Gensler’s digital experience strategy lead, bringing a theater-based approach to creating emotionally resonant digital environments. Drawing on a background in performance design on and off Broadway, Lazarow crafts visual narratives and immersive experiences that help people feel seen and connected. His work spans high-end restaurants, corporate lobbies, branded experiences, exhibitions, and immersive environments.
Grounded in defining each project’s emotional core, Lazarow aligns diverse stakeholders around experiences that resonate visually and strategically. Before joining Gensler, he led the LAB at Rockwell Group, the firm’s experiential design and technology studio, and founded an award-winning interactive design practice. His work includes COTE Las Vegas, Bristol Myers Squibb’s Cambridge laboratory, Illuminarium Experiences, the Museum of Broadway, and the Harvey Fierstein Theatre Lab at the New York Public Library, as well as digital facades in Times Square, projects for Tiffany & Co., and Broadway productions featuring Daniel Radcliffe, Kristin Chenoweth, and Anne Hathaway.
