About Casey Traina
Casey Traina is the co-founder and CTO of Overlap, an AI video platform that helps media companies automatically identify, edit, and distribute their most compelling moments across social media. He began building technology products while studying computer science at Stanford University before leaving school to pursue Overlap full-time. Since launching the company through Y Combinator, Traina has helped grow Overlap into a platform used by leading media organizations, including iHeartMedia, Yahoo Sports, Barstool Sports, Stripe, and Forbes. Overlap’s AI agents have produced hundreds of thousands of videos and generated billions of organic impressions for its customers. Based in San Francisco, Traina focuses on the intersection of AI, video, and the future of content creation.
