About Ebru Yildirim Gul
Ebru Yıldırım is the founder and CEO of Ollang, the AI language execution layer for enterprises that need to deploy, adapt, and operationalize content across 240+ languages at scale. A linguist by training with a master’s degree from Sorbonne, Yıldırım has spent her career at the intersection of language, operations, and global business. Before founding Ollang, she worked from the buyer and operator side at companies including Accenture, IKEA, and Eurotunnel, then built and ran a translation agency serving Fortune 500 companies, public-sector leaders, and global organizations. That end-to-end experience shaped her conviction that localization should not remain a manual back-office function, but become an AI-native infrastructure layer for global growth.
Under her leadership, Ollang has evolved into a workflow-native AI platform for studios, streamers, enterprises, and distributors, supporting 40,000+ projects across 25+ content formats. The platform combines AI orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, automated quality control, and enterprise integrations to help companies reduce operational complexity, accelerate time-to-market, and scale multilingual content without scaling headcount.
